If you don't see noticeable improvements after consistent use, we'll refund your purchase in full.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return under our guarantee:
- You must have used the product consistently for at least 14 days.
- Requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
- You may be asked to share a brief explanation of your experience to help us improve.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For unopened or unused products, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@seekvitale.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return. If eligible, we'll send return instructions and a prepaid label. Items sent back without prior approval won't be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on final sale
- Opened or used products returned before the 60-day trial period
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of your refund status. If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EU Customers
If you are located in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.
